Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or related field is required. At least 5 years in a relevant eCommerce Leading role

 
Experience:
Enterprise eCommerce Experience for both B2B and B2C Experience with Amazon Cloud Hosting Infrastructure

Experience with integrating Multiple ERP systems with an eCommerce Platform

Experience with EDI

Experience with Overseeing & managing large complex projects Experience with web-based solutions and application development.

Experience with current and emerging intranet and extranet portal technologies.

Possess project management fundamentals, and experience with various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, RAD) Understanding of UI/UX best practices, including when to follow patterns and when to push boundaries.

Keep account team abreast of timelines and deadlines

Manage workload, meet deadlines, and pay attention to project details

Lead internal meetings, as appropriate (e.g. discovery, planning and status meetings)

Possess knowledge of services and ability to talk intelligently about us at internal and external meetings and industry functions

Understand and evolve an understanding of client’s strategic goals

Communicate and assist in the development of client plans, strategies, and deliverables around strategic goals Demonstrate creativity and conceptual thinking on client programs and projects

Assist VP of Technology Services in hiring and developing talent needed to meet future needs
